Stephen E. Diamond

Stephen E. Diamond, a longtime resident of the Hudson Valley, served as a partner at Stenger, Roberts, Davis & Diamond, LLP (SRDD Law), where he was also widely recognized for his commitment to assisting local businesses and individuals with their legal matters as well as his active involvement in the community. With over 30 years of legal experience, Steve has cultivated a devoted client base who rely on SRDD Law's vital services at every stage of their lives. At SRDD Law, Steve specializes in wills and estates, business formation and transactions, and commercial and residential real estate transactions, including lending and secured transactions. He currently holds the position of legal counsel and honoree for the Northern Dutchess NAACP and serves as legal counsel for the Matt Herring Foundation.


He has served as the former Chairman and current legal counsel for the Dutchess County Regional Chamber of Commerce. He also previously sat on the Board of Directors of The Community Foundation of Dutchess County and currently serves as legal counsel for Chamber Foundation. Additionally, he is a sought-after speaker on the topics of Estate and Retirement planning and Elder Law issues.


He holds a BA from Marist College, a Juris Doctorate from Pepperdine University, and a Master of Laws in Taxation from the University of Florida. He is licensed to practice law in New York, Florida, and Massachusetts. After 19 years as a firefighter, where he rose through the ranks to become the First Assistant Chief of the Arlington Fire District, Steve returned to Dutchess County to continue his legal career.
